Associate Attorney
Peter K. Manso
Peter K. Manso, an associate at Schefer Petric Simpson, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the Florida State University in 2010 and his Juris Doctor from the Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law in 2015. He has been licensed to practice law in front of all state courts in Florida since 2015.
Mr. Manso has been practicing law in the area of workers’ compensation since 2016 and has represented Carriers, Servicing Agents, Employers, and injured workers throughout his career. He currently focuses his practice exclusively on workers’ compensation defense. Mr. Manso has successfully litigated hundreds of workers’ compensations cases from its inception through conclusion including catastrophic claims. He has also lectured at numerous workers’ compensation seminars across the state of Florida as an accredited speaker. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Manso was the operator of a restaurant and coached High School baseball for eight years.
