Nicole Roero
Nicole Roero, is a partner in the West Palm Beach office of Schefer, Petric & Simpson, and has practiced workers’ compensation defense since her admission to the Florida Bar in 2006. Ms. Roero earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida and holds a B.A. from University of Central Florida. She is licensed to practice law in front of all State Courts in Florida.
Throughout her career, Nicole has represented major insurance carriers, third-party administrators, large and mid-sized employers and staffing companies throughout all phases of litigation in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, Indian River and St. Lucie counties.
Nicole is certified in Florida as lecturer in all areas of workers’ compensation law and frequently lectures at workers’ compensation conferences and seminars. Additionally, Nicole also served as co-Vice Chair and is a current member of Friends of 440, Inc.
