Associate Attorney
Jason Durham
Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, Jason J. Durham grew up in South Florida after his family moved to the United States in 1986. He earned his B.A. from the University of Miami in 2002, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami, School of Law in 2005. Mr. Durham is based in our West Palm Beach office but is also able to handle matters in Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, and Tampa locations.
After admission to the Florida Bar in 2007, Jason worked for a state wide workers’ compensation defense firm in South Florida. He later gained additional experience at another prominent state wide firm and then national firm, handling a large number of cases from inception through to trial or settlement. Jason is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, and focuses his practice on the defense of Employer/Carriers in workers’ compensation cases.
