Abbey Lin is an Associate Attorney with Schefer Petric & Simpson in their West Palm Beach and Davie office. Ms. Lin obtained her B.S. degree from the University of Florida in Tourism, Events, and Recreation Management. She then earned her J.D. from University of Miami School of Law in 2023. During law school, she clerked at multiple firms gaining experience in a variety of practice areas such as disability discrimination, commercial litigation, property insurance disputes, and white-collar criminal defense. Ms. Lin was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2023 and joined our firm in May of 2024. Now, she focuses her practice on the defense of Employer/Carriers in workers’ compensation cases.
