Christian Petric
Christian Petric received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami in 1999. Mr. Petric has been licensed to practice law in front of all state courts in Florida since 1999.
Mr. Petric is one of the founding partners of Schefer Petric & Simpson. He has been practicing law exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation defense for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with complex workers’ compensation litigation such as catastrophic claims, contractor/subcontractor disputes, exposure/occupational disease claims, insurance fraud and intoxication defenses. He has successfully litigated cases from Tampa and Orlando, south to Miami. Christian is certified in Florida as a lecturer in all areas of workers’ compensation law and regularly lectures at client events and Palm Beach County Bar Association events. Christian is currently the Treasurer of the Judge Robert D. McAliley American Inn of Court.
